He has 17 years of experience in creating new company structures on international and national level, tax planning regarding company sales and acquisition, tax-related due diligence and in advisory services on large-scale capital raising.

He continuously participates in conducting cross-border transactions, developing and implementing company purchases, and he is also experienced in structuring and tax issues of international multinational companies.

He is dealing with risk capital fund management for more than 10 years now, therefore he not only understands completely, but he can also represent all participants – either investors or owners of the target company - in the relevant area appropriately.

As he is in direct, daily contact with his clients, he is well aware of the everyday problems and accounting and tax-related needs of the owners and chief executives.
