
As a social security and payroll expert her primary task is to perform the complete range of social security and payroll services and to keep personnel records for the partners of the company that are operating a paying agent, while for the partners that are not, her task is to perform complete payroll administration.
As a professional leader, managing, assigning, supervising, and evaluating the daily work of the employees under her supervision is part of her daily tasks. Additionally, she provides expert support in taxation matters for both colleagues and partners, covering labor law, social security contributions, personal income tax, health insurance, and all other laws and government regulations related to employment and individuals, both for Hungarian and foreign employees when it comes to employment.
She is also responsible for dealing with internal HR, and for monitoring and carrying out the admission and other processes.
Being an open-minded person, she easily connects with clients and provides (not exclusively) professional support for the partners and for the colleagues as well.
